The approach

His method

Plan, Collaborate and Get Right
  1. Step one

Fill out the form — your age range, your main goal, and how to reach you.
  2. Step two

You get a follow-up with next steps and pick your plan: A, B or C.
  3. Step three

An intro call with Dustin, then check-ins on the schedule your plan sets.
How he got here

His story

I grew up the “super skinny kid,” picked on for it, until I started weight training in college. The second I saw the slightest transformation, I was hooked. I learned firsthand what it feels like to get stronger, healthier, and knock out goals that once felt out of reach—and what that does for your confidence. I’ve worked on this from Chicago, to Phoenix and now Vegas, and I’m still nowhere near to be satisfied. That’s the mindset I bring to coaching: We grow and get better together. Let’s get right.

Built around your week, not a generic template.

  3. 03
